JoAnn may be on the right track. Pad your seat with a pillow and carry a doll round with all manky hair dirty clothes, and smears on its face.

Just go as some white trash woman...big hair, bad make up, etc.
and if your going for white trash theme it wouldnt hurt to stuff some pillows in ur gut so u look pregnant
